The hotel location is excellent, close to Niagara Falls and surrounded by various stores and dining options. The rooms were spacious, had a very comfortable bed, and offered a range of amenities like a work station, sofa, and flat screen TV. However, the location seemed underdeveloped and was prone to impolite guests.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although in need of cosmetic repairs, were spacious and impressive with two platform queen beds and a couch. However, cleanliness was not up to my expectations. The service, including housekeeping and commercial services, was satisfactory. The location, while providing easy access to the interstate and nearby fast-food chains, could have been better maintained. The dining options were limited, and the food service was inefficient at times. The hotel facilities need renovation but the availability of clean-up supplies was appreciated.

The hotel offers super large and very clean rooms with a really modern feel. The location is convenient to the Niagara Falls and downtown services, making it perfect for what we needed. The dining options had many choices but sometimes required a wait, and the facilities were well-equipped for a comfortable stay.
